ThiraiBox provides an IPTV streaming service that allows users to access Tamil television channels, movies, and other content through our Android application. Our service aggregates publicly available streams from various sources.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are available in Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans
• Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may be subject to change
• Subscriptions are non-transferable unless approved by ThiraiBox

4. MAC Address Activation

• Each subscription is activated using your device's MAC address
• The number of devices depends on your subscription plan
• Device changes are permitted according to your plan terms
• Sharing MAC addresses or credentials with others is prohibited

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your subscription credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our service
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our security measures
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Record, download, or redistribute any content from our service
• Reverse engineer or decompile our application

6. Content Disclaimer

ThiraiBox does not host any video content. We aggregate streams from publicly available sources on the internet. We do not claim ownership of any content accessible through our service. Content availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

8. Refund Policy

• We offer a 24-hour free trial to test our service before purchasing
• Refunds may be considered within 48 hours of purchase if the service is not working
• No refunds will be issued after 48 hours or for change of mind
• Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Termination may occur without refund if the violation is severe or repeated.

10. Limitation of Liability

ThiraiBox is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
