Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

ThiraiBox will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to our service if they are found to repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
