07 Common Issues & Fixes
Buffering or freezing during live TV
Usually an internet issue. Run a speed test at fast.com — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25+ for 4K. Tips: connect your Fire TV via Ethernet cable (much more stable than WiFi), or reboot your router weekly.
App won't install on Fire TV Stick
You need to enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Fire TV Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Then install the ThiraiBox APK via the Downloader app. We walk you through this on WhatsApp.
Channels not loading after installation
Send us your MAC address on WhatsApp — most likely your device isn't activated yet. Activation usually completes within 5 minutes during business hours.
Picture quality looks low
In the app, go to Settings → Stream Quality and set it to HD or 4K. If you're on a budget plan, upgrade to the yearly plan which includes 4K on supported channels.
